Got this for my little Pomeranian that is obsessed with Chippers!! My little Pomeranian is a sweetheart, loves everyone and everything EXCEPT for chippers!! We are building a cabin in the Mountains of Southern Utah and in the garage there are lots of little Chippers that like to hide behind things and she likes to chase them and play BUT one day one got behind a cabinet and screamed at her for chasing it, which only made her more determined now to catch it, so she was scratching at the cabinet where the chipper was hiding behind it up against the wall and it stood up on it's hind feet and slapped her on the nose with it's two front feet. WELL, that was IT; it made her SOooooo mad that when she finally caught it - well lets just say it never slapped her again!! LOL She now gets out of the truck when we arrive and runs to a woodpile where there are always a few hiding and hunts like she is a real killer and she only weights about 5lbs herself. I got her this to keep her from being bored while in my home office all day. I hide this where she can barely see it and it keeps her entertained for hours. She really believes it's real!!

My cats love to watch wildlife through our sliding glass door. They will stalk, chatter and try to get their desired prey through the glass, which is fun to watch. Occasionally a chipmunk will actually freeze in position while being watched, which gave me the idea of placing a “fake” one on the deck to see what would happen. I ordered this chipmunk figurine from Amazon, and place it occasionally on the deck in various locations. It works; it fools the cats! It’s fun for them to “hunt” and fun for me to watch them, and no animals (real or fake) are harmed!

I was a so pleasantly surprised when she arrived. So lifelike and to scale. Makes me smile looking at this replica of a sweet chipmunk. Worth the price for sure. Hand painted brush strokes emulate the fur. Even the stance is true. Cutest little thing.

This year I created a forest animal themed Christmas tree and ordered this chipmunk. It is absolutely adorable, heavy duty, much larger than most and has realistic features. It was the perfect addition, I was really happy with the size, especially for the price, I would definitely recommend!
