I love this product. It is oil based. The garlic flavor is perfecto! It is versatile. Great for seasoning and marinating. It comes in a resealable container. Storage is easy.

Liquid garlic has proven itself a valuable component in my health drinks and more specifically my detoxes. I also appreciate the support it offers my gut and immune system.

Since Garlic juice is a water-based juice and not really an oil, this uses cottonseed oil as a suspension which reduces the intensity of the garlic flavor a bit. Adequate for most types of seasoning but it has it's limitations. Pretty for a quick splash of fresh-tasting garlic instead of the muted effect like you get from garlic powder.

I use it in some of my recipes, it gives my food a better taste. you only need a small amount.

Difficult to find locally. Just what I expected n needed

I love the product but the price is becoming hard to justify its convenience. You only need a small amount to infuse garlic into your meal or dish. It's easy to use too much of this product based on its light garlic smell. If too much is used, it will add a harsh bitterness of garlic into the food that hard to correct once it's been added. It stores well once opened. It's great for marinades, light sauces of veggies and or seafood.
