They ought to; the .454 Casull was based on the .45 Colt case but then lengthened later to help prevent someone from inadvertantly loading it in a gun chambered for the .45 Colt. Anyway, I've heard advice given that you can shoot .45 Colt (and thus, as well, .45 Schofield) in a gun chambered for .454 Casull, but the shorter cartridges will leave residue that might interfere with inserting the Casull cartridge unless you clean the chambers first. So ... the replica cartridges should fit. Good luck!
