MAGID Gemstone Y50 Performance Anti-Fog Safety Glasses with Side Shields

I use those mostly for welding and they work great. The 1.5 foc magnification works great for my no longer young eyes when welding and doing other wood or metal working tasks and the non-magnified upper part is great when looking ahead. They fit well and I forget that I am actually wearing them. Would definitely recommend.

I'm an environmental consultant and recently started temporarily serving the environmental role for a client so I'm onsite a couple of times a week doing inspections, labeling waste containers, and updating records/logs. My 50+ yr old eyes have been struggling-- I need to wear safety glasses but I also need to wear readers-- to see my dang clipboard (this is a new development). I bought a pair of safety glasses with the "readers" built in but they were entirely "reader" so I had to switch them back and forth so I could walk without face planting. So, I searched for "bifocal" safety glasses and found these-- ordered, arrived yesterday, and I tried them out today. They are perfect! And since I'm in Ohio and I was there today going in and out of buildings during the peak temperature of 12 degrees, I am happy to report that yes-- the antifog is the real deal. I'm not going to try to scratch them or sit on them so I'm hoping I won't be testing the durability and scratch resistance anytime soon but since I'm still me-- when I do, I will add to this review. Meanwhile, I highly recommend these!

Lightweight and flexible frames fit great and are comfortable. Seems like common sense to make glasses frames people can't try on out of something flexible, but sadly it's not the case with a lot of glasses. Thankfully these are!

I didn't think I was going to like these but they're great light strong don't scratch easily and the little magnifiers work great for small details and I feel well protected with these and I would recommend

Over all these are pretty good, but they engraved the model number in the upper corner of the lens that is definitely in your field of vision. I constantly think there is something on the lens and makes for a pretty narrow field of vision since these are bifocals. They need to do away with this engraving or at least make it smaller (it's got to be like a size 5 font) and tighter to the corner. I won't buy an additional pair because of this, but I am going to keep this one.

I feel like you could shoot me in the eyeball with an arrow and these would save me. The bifocal in the version I bought is amazing and low enough not to be intrusive. I have a big head, and these fit snug. They fit the one size fits all category. Will recommend them to guys at work. I love them.

These glasses are great for a variety of activities requiring eye protection. I use them at home as well as all day at work. They're so comfortable I've often found that I still have them on after my drive home from work. My only problem with them is that the peripheral protectors, though clear, sometimes produce a reflection or refraction making me things someone or something is along side me. Regardless, I think my search for ideal safety glasses is finally over, I'll keep using them for as long as they are available.

Mis ojos no tienen precio así que lo que sea que pague por protegerlos esta muy bien, aun así estas gafas son baratas están bien hechas y tienen un bifocal que me funciono muy bien, sólo cuidado, si requieres que las gafas te protejan digamos desde abajo, estas no te van a servir, digamos que no se pegan ni quedan cerca de tus pomulos.
