Have enjoyed my Anolon product s decided to add these pans , very easy to use and clean. Evenly cooks cake layers perfectly.

I love my Anolon cookware! When I needed a new springform pan, Analon was the natural choice. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The spring mechanism is strong and solid. This pan will last a long time. The non-stick finish is smooth and lives up to its claims. I recommend this springform pan and all Analon products.

I purchased this pan for a Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake and it worked fine. As other customers say, there was a little leakage but nothing too serious.(I just put a cookie sheet on the rack below to catch the drippings). I don't know if the manufacturer can resolve this as it is two pieces of metal they are trying to get a waterproof seal on. The leakage was minimal. The best part was the clean up. It was a breeze! Nothing stuck. It released very well from the cake itself. So, in closing, for the money this was a great buy. When they can get it one-hundred per cent waterproof, I'll give it 5 stars. I didn’t even know I needed a 9” square pan. I bought it on a deal and because I love my Analon sauté pans. Now that I have it, it is my go to pan for 1 1/2 to 2 qt casseroles because I’ll get more crispy topping to filling ratio. Thinner brownies are what I want sometimes too. As a substitute for a 9x13 pan if using one would make a recipe too thin. Plus my 8x8 and 9x13 pans are Pyrex and the metal cooks faster and browns bottoms and edges better.

Nice pan with lid. But it was a gift and got returned.

I've used this heavy weight pan 2-3 times a week for the last 4 weeks. It doesn't deform in the oven. And it cleans up better and quicker than any other baking pan I've used over the last 45 years. Fat actually beads up on its surface. So far no hard to clean little brown spots in the corners or along the edges. If its durable, too, then I'll probably buy more Anolon bakeware.

Used this on the BBQ to make beer can chicken. I used the drippings to make gravy after and the pan worked well AND better yet, was a breeze to wipe out and clean. Nothing stuck and no scrubbing needed.

Great size, non stick and easy to use

Has been great for baking in for 12 months but now the nonstick is chipping away and now cannot be used.

I bough this to replace older pans I had.... I used it to make Greek Lemon potatoes which always would stick in my old ones, to the point I roasted them on foil. I used the new pan and not only did the brown nicely and taste great, the pan was joy to clean, if that's possible. Even the stuff that looked "stuck on" wiped off with no scrubbing needed.
