These are amazing additions to a work out! They are honestly a work out in themselves. Get the handles to go with them and the possibilities are nearly endless! I wrap it around a stair rail and it allows me to do squats, simulate bench press, takes the place of any free weight exercise you could imagine! Seriously a great buy! I actually canceled my gym membership this week because I can buy more of these bands at different weights for less than my monthly fees at the gym. Also a great factor, these are super portable. Just throw them in your bag and workout anywhere! On the beach, in the woods, on a camping trip, on a cruise, on the bus, on a plane, on your break at work, in your car, seriously anywhere! I've been using the Lifeline USA TNT Resistance Cable System since 2009. Used to play pro football and have been thru countless workout regimes, machines, etc. trained by the best people in sports, and this system will give you all you can handle. Because of my related injuries I wanted a full body workout, cardio, short-intense type workout, that fit my life...and this has for 9yrs. I've even gone back into the gym and stopped the band workouts...and when I got into them, I was sore and the workout was surprisingly difficult. I use this band 4 times a week. I replace this one about once a year as a safety precaution. You don’t want this band to get too old and break on you. Write the date on a piece of tape attached to band so that you know when you started using it. I have used them for 1.5 years.

Wow! The largest one of these that I have already is a 40lb and this is a remarkable amount of resistance more. Quite possibly it has to be broken in to have more give. I had to struggle a bit with exercises I do with my 40lb in my sleep. i originally was going to get a 100lb band but I'm glad I put that off.

These are great quality bands that I actually use to make homemade slingshots/sling-bows with. The bands that you typically find on the slingshots you buy at the store never really hold up quite well and these work very great for me. They are plenty robust and the 5 feet band gives me plenty to work with. What brought me to these particular bands was the color coated system that identifies the different tensions that each band has. Many others that I looked at where not as clear as to the actual tension so I went with these and they've worked great.

Best resistance bands I have used. The grip and band connection works very well. The bands are more durable than others I have tried. The grips are more comfortable, durable, and don't deform with higher tension.

I bought this as a replacement for a 2 year old orange band which was just getting worn out. Great resistance, lots of great exercises to do with it and while I don't choose to swap it out of the handles on a regular basis, it's a nice option to have.

There only one cable!!!! I needed a pair. I paid shipping. Now I’ll have to pay shipping again! Infuriating. I will return it, then reorder.
