This come with transformer or not

Yes it is coming with the LED module which including transformer circuit in it. But it comes without wall plug, so you need to buy and assemble 230v wall plug.

Is it dimmable? Or works smoothly if I power under dimmer?

Would 2 or 3 of these be enough to light a small artist painting studio? The room is approx 12 sq meters.

Bought and fitted two of these for a small 3.4 sqm bathroom. Complaints from the female family members that two were too bright so we make do with one. However, for your situation I would say two would be adequate three if you want the area really well lit. Bare in mind that these are just panels and therefore require surface mounting frame box kits (or similar). What else do i need in terms of cables in order to connect it ?

We were having an old spotlight bar replace by this panelour electrician simply connected it to the existing ceiling rose outlet from the previous installation. It took about 15 mins. I would have done it myself but my step ladder wasn't tall enough. The light we get is exactly like daylight
