Easy to use
The ruffle cutter is very easy and simple to use. It helps you make your ruffles quickly and also keeps them all at the same depth for a more professional finished look. you can use the celpins or a ball tool for ruffling. also cutter can be used to make eyelet lace look.

Beware: Some of the ends as not ball-shaped.
Very disappointed to find that the ends of these tools are variously shaped: some are smooth and rounded as a ball tool should be, but some have sharp edges and are not ball-shaped at all. I have attached a photo so that customers can see how different the ends are.
