Alternative for Pilot gas sensor
Substitute for Pilot sensor using the analogue OP. Seems reliable in tests and use for a few weeks continuous use.

They work
These were easy to set up with an Arduino and the ebook. However I couldn't get them to trigger initially until I turned the potentiometer down rather than up. Then the all worked and detected smoke, and gas. There is no way of differentiating what is being detected but that is to be expected from this type of sensor.
