Yes, the bottle I purchased smells as good as if it was purchased by a represented and I still receive many compliments on it.

Why is it less than the actual avon site price?

That, I cannot answer, but I have used this same Perfume Spray for years & years and I love it. I do not have a local Avon representative locally and I always go online and order. I have never had any questions about this and everyone wants to know what I have on and the name of it. I love it.
