I called the company where I had purchased it from to return the garbage and it took them 1 to 2 weeks to get me a RTV. Once I had returned the defected item they said it would take about 48 hours to get my money back, it's been over a month now and they have not refunded my money. Not worth the money!
I purchased the Phonics Digital PD-2012 2CH 500W Motorcycle Amplifier and it was the worse investment ever! Very simple to connect but not a quality product. I called the company where I had purchased it from to return the garbage and it took them 1 to 2 weeks to get me a RTV. Once I had returned the defected item they said it would take about 48 hours to get my money back, it's been over a month now and they have not refunded my money. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone, spend the extra money for a name brand product.
