Moen DN6703ORB Danbury Double Robe Hook, Oil-Rubbed Bronze

I purchased several Moen fixtures for a new bathroom: towel bars, hooks, towel ring, etc. all in the oil rubbed bronze finish to match other fixtures. These are the first Moen towel bars and related items I have purchased and installed. Previous experience with other name brands has left me skeptical about the mounting design and ease of instllation... but these Moen products were a very pleasant surprise! As most bathroom hardware does these days, Moen incorporates small set screws in their design - but in a much better way than others I have installed. The set screw is easy to set and adjust, and holds once set! Unlike others, these fixtures are not loose or wobbly after installation. Additionally, the wall mount hardware is made very well - much better than others. Very sturdy and well designed - it is made so that you only have one correct way to mount it, and the portion of the wall mount that holds the visible fixture is very sturdy and remains square!

I installed a couple of these behind my bathroom door and use them to hand my CPAP mask, nasal pillow, and heated hose on each morning so they are fresh when I need them at night again. I was using Command hooks before, which looked a little ghetto. These look pretty good, were easy to install, and are super secure and stable (way over-kill for how I'm using them), they feel super solid (though I did use a more sturdy drywall anchor than the ones provided). They fit my CPAP gear like they were made for this purpose. Hope that helps another CPAP user out there.

I just love these oil rubbed Moen Robe(towel) hooks! The price here on Amazon was definitely cheaper than Lowes. My 3 young sons share a Jack and Jill style bathroom between their rooms and the builder only installed one towel bar, which none of them could reach! So I was constantly picking up their towels or seeing them hang from door knobs. So I installed these behind the door a little higher than door knob height. Now their bathroom looks SO much more organized having their bath towels hanging nicely and even better they can all reach it and hang them back up by themselves! Installed easily with a drill. We just measured out evenly where we wanted them, drilled the bracket on, then used the enclosed Allen wrench to tighten the hook over the bracket! Definitely recommend!

I had ordered the oil rubbed bronze, just be advised the finish is almost black and more satin than gloss. I was more interested in the fact that it was sturdy, easy to install, and stylish. 5 stars!! I went through three other products before finally finding this one. For starters, it's heavy and well cast. Great manufacturing throughout. The bracket holding the item to the wall is steel instead of plastic as in other items I have found. The instructions make sense, come with a handy template and great mounting hardware. Everything fits, no manufacturing defects, and the finish is flawless. I am totally happy with it.

These look nice and are good quality. Exactly as expected. I unfortunately have a hollow door that I wanted to mount this on. Yes, I know, I should get a better door. Barring that, I just wanted to say that this comes with wood screws and plastic toggle bolts to install in drywall. However, the toggle bolts are too long for hollow doors (they will wedge in the door hollow space against the other side before you deploy the bolts sideways. You can still do it using the bolts provided, assuming you are very careful and partially deploy the toggle mid-install...but it's best to get different mounting bolts which may be a bit smaller.

This Danbury series by Moen is very nice and a good value. My wife and I really like the styling, and the quality seems to be quite good. We've had multiple units in our home for about 3 years now with good results. The dry wall mounts are very well made and have proven to be quite sturdy, although I always try to anchor at least one end of a towel rack in a stud if I can. My only concern, which hasn't been a problem at all so far, is the thinness of the rails on the 24-inch towel bar (DN6724ORB). It seems a bit thin and fragile, but we've had them for several years with no problems so far.

These work great for towels, even thick heavy ones. Way better than towel racks. They look fine, but we never see them, because theyre each covered with a towel. We have 5 of them and I’m thinking of getting two more because I like to hang my shower cap and my hair towel up separately- the nice thing about these is they’re small so you can get a bunch and put them wherever. My husband put one by his side of the vanity for his hand towel- even the small hand towel looks good on this hook- better than a stupid towel ring.
