Wow!!! Great Movie!!! Great screenplay, great directing, great character development, intense action and fantastic cinematography with the slow motion action scenes made this one of the best movies that I've seen in a very long time. The fact that the language wasn't in English was fine with the subtitles. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It may be a long time since I see another movie as good as this one. Absolutely A+!!

damn good movie...great actors. really enjoyed the two tank commanders outwit one another. action packed all the way through. highly recommend.

Great movie. It’s in Russian with English subtitles, which is how it should be. Absolutely love it.

I gave this as a gift. Here is what the recipient said: The good: This is cinema equal to Hollywood in the golden days. Great characters, great sets and wonderful storyline. This aspect deserves 5 stars. The bad: I have seen a number of versions of this movie. All the previous versions I have seen had very poor “aftermarket” English subs. This Amazon commercial version of the movie is decidedly worse than previous versions I have seen. It not only has poor English subs, but the movie has been heavily edited and cut. Worse, the video quality is poor. In places, the video has horizontal lines, jagged lines and sometimes poor resolution. It does not appear to be 1080 or 720 resolution. Amazon, are you selling a pirate copy? This aspect deserves 1 star. Other thoughts: I will keep this version of the film to prove that this movie in my collection is a purchased product. I will continue to seek an uncut version of this film with professionally done English subs and in high definition.

T 34 Director's Cut is worth watching, regardless of the subtitles and Russian narration. The story is easy to follow. Great war movie.

This Russian made WWII tank movie is possibly THE single best tank movie ever! Better even than "Fury". There are some genuinely funny scenes in it, as well. The gas station scene and the bus stop scene make me laugh every time. Well worth the time and money if you like this genre, and if you don't mind subtitles. Very realistic battle scenes that depict what these guys had to go through as a tank crew.

Some foreign movies have their flaws. Need to read captions the whole time if you do not speak the language but is understandable! Not sure if this story has any historical roots but seems very believable/realistic. Nothing too over the top during battle scenes etc.

A story about tank men this epoch can only be told from the Russian perspective. The CGI is very tasteful. Your ears ring or bleed with every deflected shot.

Lo había comprado considerando las opiniones de algunos usuarios que decían que traía los subtítulos en ingles, pero....sorpresa, sorpresa...el que he recibido sólo tiene subtítulos en italiano. Increible, considerando que la mayoría de los títulos en Bluray vienen con subtítulos en infinidad de idiomas. Es incompresible. 14€ malgastados.

For realism, best viewed in Russian, with English subtitles. Although a fictional story, the acting and story line, and CGI battle sequences are well done. You'll want to watch this movie more than once, to catch the CGI details you missed the first time through - you'll be asking, "How did they do that?" This is a tribute movie, made in memory of all those who died, were injured or counted MIA, tank crews and especially those who suffered in concentration camps (which, thankfully, is shown only briefly). This is a movie you will find riveting, especially if you are interested in WWII tank tactics and weapons.
