Great Adapter, From a great seller
I'm using this with my OnePlus 7 Pro. Out of the box, the listening experience of these is pretty atrocious with that static buzz in the background. I'd recommend you save your money. Also the cable isn't as thick as the cable that comes with the OnePlus so I suspect that this won't last that long. I guess you get what you pay for. EDIT: Within a day of initially posting this review I was contacted by COOYA, and was shipped a replacement. While I still think the cable is awkwardly thin compared to the OnePlus warp charge cable, there is an immediate difference in sound quality in the replacement, and it sounds great. The listening experience of these is significantly better, and I can insert the USB type C cable either way and the phone will register the adapter. Thanks to COOYA and their wonderful customer service they were able to make things right. After experiencing the replacement I would recommend this to anybody.

Works great!
I was worried when I had to get a new phone without a headphone jack. My older Audi uses the headphone jack to plug in other media devices. This adapter works perfectly!

Works just fine
Works just fine with my OnePlus 7 Pro, sometimes the headphone connection doesn't show up but unplugging and replugging fixes it

Get what you pay for
I ordered back in may I got what I paid for it's at a point where I gotta wiggle move it around for it can play music. good quality for 3 months 👌

This is the only one that works right!
This is the only one I've found that works well, other than the one that was supplied with the phone. This is the third type I've bought. So glad I found it! Phone type: OnePlus 7 Pro.

Doesn't work well with new OnePlus 7T
Just an update on this, I tried the adapter again with different headphones and got the same issue. Even tried my old OnePlus 6 and same issues. Funny thing is that I ordered 4 random adapters from GearBest and all 4 work perfectly on my OnePlus 7T. Either I got a total junk adapter or it doesn't work with OnePlus 7T or 6. I bought this for my new OnePlus 7T and it doesn't work good at all. Anytime there is any audio there is background soft static and there is intermittent buzzing. I different headphones from different brands and all sound horrible with this adapter. I think it's best to just buy the OEM adapter from OnePlus, don't waste your time on some adapter that might not work and be just a waste of money. Plan to return this, it's not really usable.

Only works on one side of the USB-C
It works as intended, however only one side of the USB-C port works, there's a side that has a QR Code sticker on it, and that side has to face up otherwise the dongle won't work.

This product does exactly what is meant for and you get better quality of sound depending on your own headphones.

Good adaptor..but flimsy cable.
Good adaptor..no problem in sound. Good clarity obviously depends in the head phone you are using. Only negative pont is the wire could have been thickerbor braided for longevity of the product. The wire is some how flimsy.

In just month it's stop working
After one month of using this cable it's stop working after connecting sound comes from mobile one not from headphones

Got a replacement, now working fine
The item received at first was defective. Was too hard to plug in and still there was loss in audio. Got it replaced. The replacement item seems to be working fine.
