Easy to use, and worth it.
This product is required for the descaling of our coffee machine. The machine shows a symbol when it’s time to descale, and this product is easy to use. It has measuring lines on the bottle so you can see how much to put in the water container of your machine. You fill the container up with filtered water, and press the descaling button. Once all the water has run through, my machine requires me to fill up twice more with water only, and then fill the water container for the next use. All pretty straightforward. I believe the descaler helps with the longevity of the machine. Worth the purchase.

Good product, competitive price
I use this product on my espresso machine. It cleans the machine as it promises, and ensures an excellent cup of brew. I have owned the machine for 9 years and have not encountered any mechanical issues which may arise from not descaling. I order descaler and water filters through Amazon. The price is competitive; delivery date is accurate and receiving product by mail is convenient.

je me suis faite prendre. la machine ne voulait plus fonctionner tant que je n'avais pas fait mon détartrage. mais je cherchais ce produit en magasin et je ne le trouvais pas. commander sur amazon, et bien reçu rapidement. j'ai longtemps hésité parce que certain commentaire disait qu'il avait reçu une seule boite et je trouvais le prix cher pour 1 boite. j'avais même écrit au fournisseur pour m'assurer, mais je n'ai eu aucun retour... parce que dans les instructions du produit, l'information est contradictoire. mais j'ai bien reçu les 2 boites... donc, très satisfaite et tout fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement. et contrairement à mes nettoyants d'une autre marque, quand je refais un café après, il n'y a pas d'arrière goût pendant 2 semaines dans mon café.
