Smartsome Wall Mounted Clothes Drying Rack, 22" Wide

Just as advertised. I bought 2 so I could stack them and they're awesome. They look crazy sturdy and were easy to install.

I think this was my best purchase of 2024! The quality and sturdiness of this wall-mount drying rack is exceptional. As a parent of sports kids, my laundry room often becomes overwhelmed in an instant. This drying rack has been a Godsend for the items that cannot go in the dryer. I mounted it above the heat vent, fairly high on the wall and clothes dry in a flash! It’s extremely easy to use, holds a lot of clothing and easy stores back up to the wall when not in use. Excellent value and more importantly, it’s made my life easier!

The drying rack looks solid and works as described. Installation was straightforward, and it folds away nicely when not in use, which helps save space. It holds a reasonable amount of clothes and feels sturdy enough for everyday use.

I looked for awhile and am glad I found this. It is heavy duty and easy to install. It is perfect for what I need.

I have been using this for about six months now. It worked perfectly over the summer for drying swim clothes and towels. It’s large enough to hold 5-6 towels plus swim wear. Now I use it to hang up clothes as I pull them out of the dryer to be put away. I love that when I’m not using it, it can be folded down against the wall. It has been very sturdy and holds anything I’ve put on it with ease. It’s a huge step up from the accordion style air drying racks I was using before. Set up was a bit tricky but not too bad. It comes with a template to help you drill in the right places. The instructions were a bit vague and we ran into a few problems because we ran into studs in the wall. Wasn’t the easiest thing ever but I am more than happy with it. The usefulness and sturdiness easily outweigh the one time hassle of installing it.

It fits into a small spot. I love the multiple drying angles.

It does the job, but I agree with other reviewers that it would have been easier to install if the distance between the screws was 32" so it could have been screwed straight into studs. I didn't want to risk bolting it into sheetrock with the provided hardware, so we fixed two pieces of wood to the studs that this rack could then be screwed to. The metal edges of the rack are dangerously sharp, and we ended up sanding them all to prevent future accidents. It would have been better if this could have been done as part of the manufacturing process. The bar to hold the rack in place when putting it up is slightly out of alignment so needs two hands to fix in place. Not a huge deal but for a $60 the product disappointed in quality.

Very handy and takes up so little space compared to our old standing rack. It folds to just over an inch when not in use. We have double doors into our bedroom so we installed it behind the door we rarely us. It's a bit difficult to install with the provided anchors. Most of those kind of anchors have pointy teeth to grab the inside of the drywall but these don't so you are constantly pulling on the screw while twisting the screws in. It was a bit of a challenge but I got it done. I needed my husband to help hang it because the screw heads kept falling back towards the wall since the anchors don't grip inside the drywall. My long fingernails helped. Oh, and this comes with 2 sets of anchors and screws so people have them if they move. Be sure to wipe the entire rack using a damp paper towel before using. The metal has a blackish/gray residue on it. (like most metal does)

Does the job and it is fairly sturdy. However I think it is a bit expensive for what it is. Also the fittings where not appropriate for a block wall and I used my own plugs and screws

Creo que una mejora en el diseño podría facilitar el montaje, tengan cuidado con el instructivo ya que indica usar brocas ya sea de 1/2 o 5/8 lo cual son demasiado grandes para el hoyo de 1/4

Bought two of these for our tiny laundry room (one above the other as we have high ceilings). Mounting onto the wall was pretty easy. Works the way they say they would. I couldn't find another similar item that functioned in the same way, so paid what I felt was a high amount for these. I feel was worth the $$ in the end -- very practical.

These are fabulous in my small laundry room. Allow plenty of drying space. Strong and sturdy.

From the description it looked amazing, don’t get me wrong it is good but could just be better. The plates / frame for mounting onto the wall is super flimsy, but the actual hanging part is good, didn’t use the provided screws as they were for plasterboard, I have mine fixed on a concrete wall. It will hold a full load of washing
