Q: How would i connect my guitar to this?

Input 2 has a switch that allows for High-Z input, such as a guitar. There is no need for a DI box.

Q: Does this hardware come bundled with the Cubase Software?

A software key is provided in the package for Cubase AI. You will have to register the product, create a Steinberg account and enter your software key to get access to Cubase AI download. The file is about 16gb, if I recall correctly, and download is not possible without signing up for the Steinberg account.

Q: Does having a loopback function eliminate the need for a device like the Irig Stream?

May depend on what you are trying to do, but the loopback function will allow you to stream your input and DAW together.

Q: Is the 5 dc volt power adapter included

No. It is assumed you will power it via the computer you connect it to.
