Wild Goose II - Second 64 movements

I think Dr. Hu's Wild Goose DVDs are very beneficial if you have the patience to stick with it to learn it. I found it is difficult to follow since the moves are complicated and he is moving to his right as you would be moving to your right and then you have to turn around and of course your back is toward the DVD and you can't see what he is doing so you have to watch it first and then keep trying until you get it. It will get your chi moving and I could see the aura and its colors radiating out of my hands during the program. It is good for you and you just need to keep at it until you perfect each "dance" of the wild goose.

Highly recommended. The best exposition of Wild Goose 2 I've found. Especially good are the group demos of large sections-(4)- In fact, after learning the movements I would recommend fast forwarding between each "summary" section instead of watching only Dr. Hu. This will change your day!

DVD arrived safely and securely and timeously. Enjoy learning and practicing the Wild Goose routines and to spending time each year with teacher.

Not the highest quality production of this video but all the information contained is great. I would buy more from this source.

The first two dvd can develop Qi in the lower dantian area,it can feel qi we can get rid of sickly qi not anymore have depression,i highly recommended.
