Ardell False Eyelashes Faux Mink Demi Wispies

Lashes are a mainstay of my makeup routine because I've got small eyes & light eyelashes. Demi lashes are fantastic, because I have to trim regular size lashes, and all too often, I still look like a kid who got into their Mommy's makeup. These fit perfectly, are so lightweight I can't feel them on, have a flexible clear band that's easy to work with, and have a good amount of curl and just the right amount of wing-out. I can go more glam with makeup for evening, but the lashes by themselves provide a great daytime look. I've tried several different styles and brands of lashes, but these are my favorites by far!

Absolute the best strip lashes!

I’m a makeup artist and have used many different brands and styles of lashes. These are my absolute favorites. I use them on clients and wear them myself daily. They are easier than most lashes to apply. I personally don’t need to trim much off them to get the perfect fit. The band of the lash is not too thin and flimsy but also not too thick and hard. The band is the perfect amount of thickness that make it easily to mold to the shape of your eye. I can wear them for several days. I find they look better on the 2 - 3 day because they are already shaped to my eye. I’ve fallen asleep with them on and the lashes do not lose there shape. When I’ve fallen asleep wearing other lashes, I wake up to the individual lashes poking out in every direction. That does not happen with these. Highly recommend! I have purchased several times and will continue to purchase.

The band is so thin and flexible that I can’t even feel that I’m wearing them, and they look extremely natural. I love these as an alternative to eyelash extensions. Best of all, I can just take them off at night and not have to worry about what position I’m sleeping in, whereas extensions are much more costly and I would always lose a bunch of them as a side/stomach sleeper.

Love the product - I've been using demi wispies for years. I received original wispies, however, and Ardell doesn't send replacements. I understand not accepting returns for this type of product, but no replacements for wrong orders? Come on, Ardell.

Great product, great value for money, looks natural not to overly dramatic. They feels comfortable, the length is great I had to clip down because of that. They last 2 wears. It gives a nice volumizing effect.

The first two packs I purchased were great. The most recent was awful. The bands were stiff and exposed and there the individual lashes were sparse. They were so impossible to put on. I compared to the Demi Wispies I bought at Ulta and they were much different. I don’t think they are real Ariel. The plastic wrapper was like cheap shrink wrap not like what’s in the store. I won’t purchase them again here. I went back to Ulta and paid regular retail.

UPDATE: I ordered this again from buy again and this time the lashes look similar to the last ones but they are not the same. The quality is much worse, they look faker and more plasticky and the don’t bend or apply east at all. If I got these first I wouldn’t have ordered another. This pair is where the previously bad reviews are coming from therefore I lowered from 5 star review. Wish I knew that could happen before I ran out of time to replace them before a show I was playing. They aren’t as long and whisky and the grouping of lashes is blockier or thicker than the other making them not as nice looking and harder to maneuver and shape to the eye My pictures don’t looks quite as pretty as they look in person. They look nice, this is my first ever pair I glued on. I tried magnetic ones and I hated those, but these are 100 times more comfortable than those. I used duo glue that’s the grey so that I could possibly fix any issues from the complaints of seeing the clear band. It seemed to work well, I can’t tell. For being my very first time using glue and second time trying lashes they went on pretty easy. My only complaint is when taking them off the plastic holder, it was really hard. It took a lot of patience and I had to break it loose from the glue before lifting. I was prepared for that thanks to other reviews.

I love the Ardell faux mink lashes.. the demi wispies are my go to. I use them all the time! Light weight and comfortable. It doesn’t feel like you’re wearing strip lashes at all. 10/10 would highly recommend!
