This does what it says. I have been using this product as needed for the last few years and it does work! I experience no side effects that are negative and can truly notice its difference. It works so well for PMS and over indulgence relief. If I wake up bloated and struggle to get my rings on, I take 2 with water and an hour later I can get the rings right on!

I went through several bloat pills on Amazon. I finally tried this and it initially didn’t work as well as I thought it should. However by end of the week I saw 50% less bloating. I was floored. I wanted to like this but then saw on the bottle it says cancer and reproductive harm. How is this being sold as organic when that’s right on the outside of through bottle?

I can’t tell if it’s working or not. No negative side effects. Package is good. Doesn’t smell and easy to swallow but I can’t say it is doing anything.

I felt compelled to write a review about this product because I have had such great results. I have taken these sporadically in the past and I didn’t think that it made much of a difference. Over the past month or so I have made a commitment to taking two of these pills at night before bed and occasionally I will take another one during the day if I know I’m going to be eating and drinking a lot. I’m someone who struggles with really bad bloating and constipation. Ever since being consistent with these pills, I have had a flat stomach and been going to the bathroom regularly. And TMI they have been great ones!

I've been using this amazing product in the lead up to that time of the month, and it's a game-changer! Since I started taking it, I wake up feeling so much less bloated. It’s now a must-have in my daily routine. Highly recommend
