I found it dissolves more smoothly if I stir for a good 30–45 seconds, but once it’s in, you really wouldn’t know it’s there. In terms of effect, it works gently and reliably. It doesn’t cause sudden urgency or cramping like stimulant laxatives sometimes can. Instead, I noticed things moving along normally after a day or two of regular use. It’s a very manageable solution for occasional constipation without throwing off my daily routine. I also appreciate that it can be adjusted—using smaller or larger scoops depending on what’s needed, always staying within the recommended dosing. A couple of things to keep in mind: it’s not an instant fix, so if you’re looking for overnight results, this isn’t the product. Pours well, works well. No taste

I tried this brand because the well-known one is just outrageously priced right now (like many things nowadays) and the Amazon brand version was out of stock at the time. We’ve been pleasantly surprised with it. Same ingredients and effectiveness as the main major brand for half or a third of the price (depending when you get it) for the same size bottle, same exact thing - dosage, and texture. Has a similar type of easy measure cap. Zero side effects at all so far from this product/brand. The bottle size is generous and well worth it for this generic. It is effective and gentle to use. So if you would prefer to spend around $10 or so for the same size large bottle as the name brand for $20+ then I highly recommend giving this brand a chance.

They took price for 3 and sent only 1 count. Very very difficult process for return or refund. So be careful about this guys.
