good quality good brand works well

The electrician who installed the lights in my kitchen (when the house was built) obviously wanted to show off his creative wiring ability. It's wired correctly, but overdone with too many switches in multiple locations. I would have completely gotten rid of this switch, but then there'd be a hole in the tile backsplash. I replaced all the switches and outlets in the entire house last year, but this one sat untouched, because I couldn't find it. Finally, Amazon came to my rescue. This is exactly the switch I needed. The best part of this is it's the same style, same exact white as the rest of my switches and covers, and it's the same exact great quality.

Leviton is a great brand. This, and several other switches just like it were all a great value.The wiring and installation went well, and prevented me from having rework that area of the wall.A perfect solution with which to add a device and a control point.

This switch serves my purpose well. I used this in a 3 gang box because I was adding another light switch. Using this type of switch freed up one space, allowing me to not need a 4 gang box.I know enough about electric to be somewhat dangerous. I didn’t realize there were instructions in the box, so I had a little difficulty with install. Once I figured everything out with the help of the instructions, it was easy. I have 2 separate power sources going to the switch. If you do this, you need to remove the bridge between the commons.It is somewhat expensive but these aren’t very common and hard to find.I think the switches are a little too notchy feeling. Maybe I got a bad one. For this, I deducted one star.

These work, but good luck fitting all that in the box. I will just get bigger gang box with additional slot in the future.

Love this switch. It has two 3 way switches in one. Not available at the big box stores. It has 2 common black screws that enables you to power each switch, ie top and bottom, on a separate circuit. If you have only one black power wire coming into your box, you simply hook it up to one of the common black screws, it will power both the top and bottom switches, no need to hook up anything to the other black common screw. It will power both switches. If you want to power each switch on a seperate circuit, you'll need to have an additional black power wire coming into your box that is controlled by a separate circuit. Make sure you break off the brass connector in between each black common screw.

Great way to combine two three switches into one Space in your gang box. Note. If you have two commons or always hot (black) for each 3 way switch you are replacing don’t forget to break the tab to separate the 3 way switches. Drove me bonkers for hours trying to figure out my mistake.

Use it in some special place where not enough space to install two boxes. Yeah, not common design - but we going to use to it.
