Great product, simple to use!
This is a cool little product! I had an old Bose SoundDock that I thought I would have to get rid of when my old Ipod stopped working as it had the 30-pin apple connector, even though the speaker is still great. This adaptor has saved the day! It comes in a small case together with a small aux cable for the 'Aux out' jack and really is plug and play. I plugged it into the SoundDock and turned it on, located it on Bluetooth devices and connected immediately. I can now play music from my phone and the sound quality is great. Very pleased :-)

Adapts hired-wired 30pin for car stereo
Bought a used car with a hard-wired 30pin iPhone Dock lead (see pics). Bought this device to enable me to play music /DAB /postcasts etc from my phone through the car speakers, via said in-built lead. I run an android phone (Huawei P30pro) and it connected to the Bluetooth device immediately, no fuss, with strong and reliable connection; powerful enough to have the phone in a cradle on the dash and the device in the bin under the radio with the door shut without issues. Sound quality is perfect, no hint of any 'digital distortion' or odd robot noises. Clean and in stereo. One thing I will say is that I hoped (but doubted) that it might be possible to use the device to make and receive phone calls via this system. Nope. It connects to my phone as a media device, and as such doesn't work for calling. Ie you can't hear the other person's voice through speakers. Small negative in my case, but probably a huge advantage of you already have a Bluetooth handsfree kit - it won't interfere with that. Overall, well built, nice and small but solid, high quality materials, smart design, work A1, super impressed, highly recommended for the purpose described.

Good Bluetooth connector for Bose Sounddock
Works well with Sounddock II. Fits firmly on dock base and connects via Bluetooth easily. Indicator light is quite faint and on/off switch has no markings on it. Range seems good with no drop out through walls.

Pratique et simple
Ce connecteur bluetooth est extrêmement simple à installer et fonctionne parfaitement. Idéal pour continuer à utiliser une enceinte munie des anciens connecteurs Apple. Les fonctionnalités de la télécommande de l'enceinte sont désactivées par contre.

Dieser vergleichsweise günstige Transmitter hat mich positiv überrascht. Besonders schön: Er funktioniert auch mit anderen Herstellern - in meinem Fall am Apple HiFi! Er ist zwar recht leicht, fühlt sich dennoch ausreichend hochwertig an. Optisch wirkt er, wie auf den Herstellerfotos. Völlig OK also. Die Einrichtung verlief unkompliziert: Er passt exakt ohne zu wackeln auf das Dock des Apple Hifi und er wurde sogleich am iPhone gefunden. Der Klang ist ebenfalls gut und ohne Aussetzer. Da gibt’s nichts zu mäkeln, auch wenn jedem bewusst sein muss, dass die Tonqualität über Bluetooth nicht ganz die gleiche ist, wie bei Kabelverbindung. Bei Transmittern mit großer Latenz hinkt der Ton dem Bild hinterher. Beim Filmschauen kann das extrem stören. Um das zu testen, habe ich den Trainingskampf aus „Matrix“ über Netflix am iPhone gestreamt: Selbst sehr schnelle Schläge und Tritte wirken nicht deplatziert. Alles fein also. Der Wechsel zwischen mehreren Tonquellen ist ebenfalls problemlos möglich: Einfach die Übertragung am jeweiligen Gerät starten und nach wenigen Sekunden übernimmt der Transmitter automatisch den Ton (getestet mit einem iPhone und einem iPad). Und per Google Home Mini wir der alte Lautsprecher nun auch endlich smart. Ich bin also wirklich zufrieden und kann den DockLinQ jedem empfehlen, der noch irgendwo ein altes Gerät mit 30er-Pin Dock rumstehen hat.

Works flawlessly
Amazing Easy hook up to my Bose system ll Sound is very good Going to order a second one for another system I had. Though I would be throwing my wired system away , now it’s Bluetooth. So happy I bought this device.
