I honestly wasn't expecting much, but it worked for me. I started taking it because of frequent muscle cramps in my calves and thighs, along with pain in my forearms. I can't say exactly how long it took, but one morning I realized the cramps and pain were gone. That alone made it worth it for me. One thing I noticed is that it seems to increase my appetite I feel hungrier than usual. I'm really happy with the results.

Don't buy, if you mistakenly bought this throw it off , it causes GI bleeding abdominal discomfort and uneasiness . Complain must be filed with FDA how such harmful product be launched in market.
