perfect for multiple cat households, had to get them as our cats like to eat at their own pace. Great price when on sale, a bit awkward to clean but not needed too often. Really strong and reliable. Wish you could plug these in.

Great to have 2 separate dishes for meat and biscuits. Great it closes and the smell of cat food is not as strong. And also stops any other pets eating the food.

Oh my word what a fabulous bit of kit. It is pricey it is annoying that batteries are not included but Wow is all I can say. I have 2 kitties, one likes to graze and the other likes to devour everything in sight so it was hard trying to ensure both were being fed appropriately. One of the kitties is slightly on the heavy side so this allows me to not only ensure that each feeding station is specific to each kitty but that I can monitor how much is fed, their feeding patterns and their overall consumption to eventually work out the appropriate amounts to feed them. It’s easy to set up. I was a bit nervous about it but the app makes it easy and having the Hub really helps. My heavy boy took to it immediately, I didn’t have it in training mode. And I removed all other sources of food to ensure the cats were comfortable. The second kitty is a skittish thing and so it took a lot of cajoling and getting him comfortable with it. A tiny trail of dreamies seemed to help there and within 2 days he was fine. I think it’s just the initial noise of the lid opening that made him super cautious. It’s not even been a week and both are, fed and happy - well the kitty that eats everything isn’t that happy as it’s not a free for all anymore! I was cautious in spending the money to get this and the negative reviews did make me think twice but the way I saw it was, you wouldn’t be looking for a product like this if something wasn’t bothering you.. this is for me the only one that ticked all the boxes for what I needed. So opted to just go for it and formulate my own opinion! I love it.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS SELLER. SO MANY attempts by me to try to fix the issues with 2xCat Feeder (£400) seller kept telling me to call manufacturer. The manufacturer wont answer calls/emailed/social messages. NO refund/replacement/responsibility taken by seller as well as being unresponsive. NOT PROTECTED by A-Z guarantee - Amazon won’t step in as ‘third party seller’. Amazon will not help you with this seller they will just ‘message them for you’ if a problem, doesn’t help if unresponsive. Seller Will tell you to go to manufacturer if ANYTHING goes wrong (and it WILL GO WRONG) but then seller also uses manufacturers name/ details on Amazon - how does that work? Don’t be fooled if they rely nicely to this review, it’ll be the reply they do do! When they won’t reply privately!! STAY AWAY, DONT BOTHER. For the feeder, they caused; - weight related and behavioural issues - ran down 6 C batteries every 3-5 days - kept not opening for my cats - stayed open once they did open - shut down on the cats as they are eating - went offline constantly - weighing out foods needs resetting every single day - can’t buy without £85 hub - constantly need to reset them - doesn’t consistently register microchip of cat you will have to collar train them and add the chip they give you to dangle on their collar and even then it won’t open consistently. - cause cats to have to crouch down into the unit, not ideal eating position.

I brought this feeder because I have 2 cats. One is very skinny and needs access to food all the time. The other is fat and is on a diet, so he's always trying to steal food. I brought a slow feeder for the fat one, which I'm very happy with. And then I got the surefeed feeder for my skinny cat. After buying it, I realised I had to also buy the flap that covers the back of the machine. But that wasn't enough to deter my fat cat. So I had to also buy the HUB, so that surefeed costumer service could remotely set the feeder to "intruder mode". The app is quite limited in options, but the intruder mode worked! However, the amount of food my cat ate shown in the app was always completely wrong. I contacted costumer service again and they said probably the scale was faulty and sent me a replacement feeder. The second one, however, was even more buggy than the first one. It opened on it's own for no reason and sometimes ignored the intruder mode. Fat kitty had a great time! Probably there was something wrong with the chip sensor, so I complained again and they replaced it with a third one. Guess what? Intruder mode is once again not working properly and I already completely gave up on having the correct amount of food displayed in the app... In the end I ended up returning everything. It's a shame, because this product was the perfect solution to my problems, if only it worked properly... I know there's some people online who were luckier than me and still have their feeder working perfectly (at least when it comes to intruder mode) for a very long time. I should have kept the first one and just ignored the amount of food on the app. Costumer service was great. They just need to fix some problems in this product.

I bought this product when it first came out, it finally broke down after many, many years of use. In a multi pet house hold the data it provides has been invaluable when vets ask questions, but also stopping the my other pets stealing food from one another. The newer one has a super quiet motor 🙂 Not the cheapest but 100% recommend!

I have two cats, one fat and one thin. I realised why the one cat was thin! So I decided to buy this bowl, even though its expensive so my skinny cat could stop being starved! It was so easy to set up.. it needs the batteries installed before you can open it manually.. so batteries installed, thin cat who likes to graze, held near the bowl, and it was set up! So easy! I don’t bother with the app, it works as well without it. Thin cat is happy, eats his food when he wants it, fat cat not so happy lol, he’s on a diet!! If it broke, I would buy another! 5* highly recommend.

These work well. They help control how much my cats eat. So one cat doesn't over eat from another cats bowl.

Cest déjà la 4eme que j'achète en 4 ans. Parfait lorsque l'on a des chats avec des régimes différents ou opus voracesxque d'autres. Silencieuse, facile d'entretien. Parfaite à part son prix qui ne cesse d'augmenter..

I bought two of these, one for my 11 year old cat that suddenly stopped eating the dry food we keep out, and he became anorexic. He lost 5 pounds which needed to be gained back as quickly as possible for his survival. Coincidentally our other cat become obese. For Cat 1, we need to feed him a high protein wet food diet so that he gains weight, and for Cat 2 we switched to a dry food with fiber so she can lose weight. We needed a way to ensure that the skinny cat only eats the food to fatten him up, and the fat one only eats the diet food. The Sure Feeder works great for that! Each cat eats only what they are supposed to, and both feeders work flawlessly. FYI I have not experienced the problem that others have mentioned regarding one of the cats sneaking behind and eating the other's food - but YMMV. I had one opportunity to call their customer support in the UK (I am based in Dubai), and they were fantastic. One of the feeders had a glitch with a red light blinking and no action, and it was fixed with a simple reboot. But the personal service I received was really terrific. Overall I - and my two cats - have had nothing but positive experiences. If you are in a situation similar to mine, I recommend that you give this a try.

Excelente sobre todo cuando tienes más de un perro/gato en casa. Funciona con el micro-chip europeo. No hace falta usar la chapa que trae. Facilísimo de programar. Puedes encontrar soportes para subirlo y que no esté a ras de suelo. También hay todo tipo de platos como accesorios (¡¡¡no al lavavajillas!!!).

Tolles Produkt…hat den Chip der Katze sofort erkannt…ich war sehr skeptisch,aber unser Hund hat jetzt keine Chance mehr…das Futter zu fressen..kann ich jedem empfehlen..der ein Hund Katze Problem hat…
