Worth, and has helped extend the life of the unit.

Been through a winter, has kept the A/C unit dry. It is a bit tight, but overall the quality is awesome. No water has gotten through and with the side vents it allows air flow through. There are screens on the vents to not allow bugs into the A/C unit.
