Eddy Bottle (1-Liter/32-Ounce,Navy)

The only way I can make myself drink enough water is to carry water with me. This bottle works very well. It carries 32 ounces which is enough to get through half the day and reminds me to drink because it is heavy when it is full and drinking it down makes it even easier to carry. Doesn't break or spill when I drop it. I suppose it would break if I dropped it just right but so far it hasn't. It is big and doesn't fit in some car cup holders.

Previous to buying this water bottle, I'd been using a super fancy insulated water bottle that kept my drink hot or cold for hours. Like, my drinks would stay at the proper temperature over night. However, the bottle had a screw off lid that was really inconvenient. Also, it made this annoying squeaking sound when I unscrewed it, so I didn't like to drink out of it during class. Enter, the Camelbak Eddy.I really like this bottle. When I first received it, I felt rather silly drinking through the giant straw, but I've since adapted. The straw mechanism can be hard to unfold from the lid sometimes, but it's not enough of an issue to take off any stars. Initially, I regretted getting the 32 oz, because it seemed big compared to my previously mentioned bottle. However, I'm now happy with the size, as I drink 5+ bottles a day, and a smaller size would be cumbersome to constantly fill. This water bottle allows me (fairly) easy access to water and doesn't make any annoying noises so I can drink as often as I want.One minor issue, and this has more to do with the packaging; the bottle arrived scratched. It had a handful of tiny scratches on it, but it had two pretty substantial scratches. They weren't bad enough to warrant a return, but it was irksome.Overall, I say buy it. It's not too expensive, and it'll help those who have a difficult time drinking enough water throughout the day.

I work in a metal factory and it gets pretty hot in the summer I bought one of these to help stay hydrated. It's big and holds enough water to last a few hours of steady drinking. The straw is very good and the snap-closure is excellent. No spills whatsoever even when I leave it on it's side for awhile. It's also very durable. Dropped it a few times on the hard floor and accidentally banged it against some of the machines I work around with barely a scratch on it with the lid staying tight.The one and only problem I have with it is that condensation can be an issue. This water bottle sweats a lot! Not a huge deal because you can buy insulated ones that stop that but you have to pay an arm and a leg for them.Overall I was very pleased with mine and bought an extra one just to cycle them out in-between washing them.

I have had this bottle all year, and the bottle part of it is fine. It is durable (it has taken its fair share of scrapes and drops but held up) and it is plenty big. the valves though, for how ingenious they are, are not ideally designed. Basically, after a bit of use, the little nipple part that you bite on starts ripping along the opening, making it bigger and bigger and less and less water-tight. Basically, after a couple of months, the water bottle leaks everwhere if not kept upright and explodes with elevation change (watch out for this thing in airplanes). I have had to replace the valve twice so far, and I probably should have done more.Also, whatever little piece of plastic that holds the valve down if you fold it down has worn out on my bottle, making it impossible to keep it folded down. Basically, I just wish they could have taken the durability from the bottom part of the bottle and extended it to the top part of the bottle.PS: Don't put the straw in a dishwasher. It does something to the plastic that makes it smell so bad that I had to replace it.

We have a plethora of water bottles in our home, but this is my daughter's favorite water bottle and it's the only one she will use. Her main reasoning besides the mouthpiece (she likes that it is "squishy") is it holds so much liquid. There are not many water bottles out there which hold a liter of water. Her other reasonings for her five star review is it doesn't leak (and I can attest to that as she's always tossing it into the car and not once has it leaked) and the straw can be removed so you can just tip it and drink. One other thing I should add is it is quite durable. We've had this for a couple of months and it gets tossed around and has been dropped quite a few times and it's still as good as new.

Initially I loved this water bottle. I bought it while I was pregnant and carried it with me everywhere. But unfortunately, less than a year later, it's starting to fall apart and in the worst way - it leaks everywhere! So now I can't trust it in my bag, on my desk or anywhere I don't want things to get wet. I sit here now with a wet lap after taking a drink out of this water bottle. The part that flips up and down to engage the straw is totally loose and I think that's where it's leaking from. It flops around and when I go to take a drink, built up water goes all over the place. It's a bummer because I was in love with this water bottle initially!!

I bought this bottle to take to university and I have been using it for a few months now. I am really liking it: it keeps a lot of liquid inside even though the dimensions allow it to be held comfortably in your hand. The valve that prevents water from splilling works very well even when the bottle is completely upside down. Still, it is very comfortable to drink the water from the bottle. The design is very nice as it allows you to drink without lifting the bottle over your head which you might not want to do while you are, for example, in a lecture theatre. The big hole at the top of the bottle allows to put inside ice cubes too. If you want to hang it using a carabiner the materials of the cap and of the bottle are very nice and strong. In addition if you wanted to measured the liquid inside it, the bottle has very nice and clear markings both in oz and in litres.The only thing that happened was that the straw inside the bottle might come loose but it is very easy to put it back. It is also not very suited for fizzy drinks but it is not made for them.

Perfecto y bien construido, tiene y se ve calidad. La boquilla para beber es difícil de sacar pero mejor así, sino se abrirá con facilidad.

ich habe die Flasche jetzt einige Zeit in Benutzung und muß sagen ich bin immer noch sehr begeistert. Sie ist super praktisch für die Arbeit, da man sie wegen des großen Fassungsvermögen nicht immer gleich wieder nachfüllen muß. Auch das Handling ( einhand Bedienung ) und die Reinigung Funktionieren super!Ich kann sie absolut empfehlen, ob für Arbeit oder Privat. Würd sie jederzeit wieder kaufen!
