How long will this stay fresh?

Generally speaking, it won't stay around long enough for you to worry about that. Absolutely delicious! On the other hand, we did freeze a piece and it was perfect 6 months later after it defrosted. Hope this helps.

How does amazon fulfill this for you if grandmas website says shelf life is only 14 days not frozen?

These cakes have a shelf life of 14 days (not frozen). So as long as they were frozen prior to shipping you have a decent amount of time to eat or re-freeze it. As far as an Amazon-Fulfilled cake I am not sure how that would be possible as Amazon does not freeze them (they shelf them) prior to shipping. Ours are baked fresh & kept frozen until shipping as stated by My Grandma's Cakes. We would never offer these cakes Fulfilled By Amazon as they would not be fresh.

How long does it take to thaw

Mine was thawed when I received it. I kept in the refrigerator after that. Didn’t last long enough to freeze.

How do u freeze do u put the whole box in the freezer

The cake is in a plastic bag inside the box, you can freeze it in the box.
