Another great pair
I have two other pairs of vibram shoes. One pair is one size too small. I can wear them but not for extended lengths of time. Maybe 2 hours tops. I wore them last week to a beach in Monterey to climb on some tide pools and they were fine but after an hour and a half or so, I had to take them off. Getting the right fit is essential. My other pair I don't care for. I really like the KSO design and the 2nd pair doesn't have the top part of the shoe. I tend to get sun burns on the top of my foot so i don't wear those very often. This new pair however fits beautifully. I measured my foot and added 1/4" onto the measurement and that was the perfect size. The quick lace on top works great and has a bit of velcro so the pull cord doesn't flop around. The sole of the shoe looks great. It looks to have great grip and from what i've done so far, its quite flexible. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Really great shoes, when they fit. Before you let that dissuade you, there are some things I need to point out...
Firstly: I have unusually wide, thick feet, so most shoes don't fit right anyway. If you can comfortably wear a generic pair of shoes, these should fit very well. Secondly: I do not run, so I cannot say how well they work in that regard. I use them as daily shoes for walking and biking. Thirdly: These did not fit quite right, and I knew this when I bought them. But I came up with an easy fix that does not require modifying the shoes themselves. See SOLUTION TO EXCESS LENGTH below. When looking for a replacement pair of toe-shoes, the only variety I could find locally were thick and heavy (defeating the point of toe-shoes, personally), but it gave me an idea of the size I would need (43 was the narrowest I could fit). My previous pair of toe-shoes were only 3.5 millimeters thick, and these are at most 5 millimeters thick. I like the thin soles because they allow my feet to conform to the ground I'm walking on while protecting me from sharp rocks, wood slivers and broken glass. SOLUTION TO EXCESS LENGTH Addressing the fact that the shoes were technically a size too large, I bought a pair of thick insoles (cheap, generic Walmart foam arch supports, about $6), stood them upright in the back of the shoes, marked the highest point, then drew out a half-circle with a tea cup and proceeded to cut (scissors worked best, razors were hard to control while cutting a curved line). This created two "shims" that fill out the extra space, pushing my toes comfortably into the front of the shoe. I beveled the edges to the best of my ability and blackened the foam with a permanent marker. Putting on the shoes requires first putting a shim into the heel, folding that down, tucking my toes into the forward half of the shoe, then lifting the heel into place. Repeat for next foot. Takes about 10-20 seconds apiece after a few adjustments and a little practice.

Love the shoes.
I am giving this a 5 star because I love the shoes. However. The right shoe is already coming apart and I have only had them for coming up on 2 weeks now. I wear them to work and around the house. That being said, I think I need a size bigger. That would be why my wide foot is busting the side already. I will buy a size larger when I get the money and then give a full review. Again, LOVE the shoes. Left one fits almost perfect. Right one was too tight. Ok. I can give a better review now that I have had these shoes for 2 months. Still absolutely love these shoes. However, I would suggest inspecting the shoes after you wear them. I work in an office so I am not an active person. Had no clue that there was a big hole in the inside of my right big toe. I have never had a shoe wear out so fast. Again, I sit down for a living. Both shoes are doing the same thing. That's all I can really say.

LOVE these shoes, but... :(
I've been wanting a pair of these shoes for years and I finally bought them! Nov 2, 2020 my first pair of KSO Evos arrived, my first pair of barefoot style shoes. They fit like a glove, totally comfortable, and I got to work right away on getting my feet adjusted to the new feel. They were the all the best things I'd read about online, but then... by Nov 14th, I noticed that they'd fallen apart --less than 2 weeks after they arrived. I'd read about this happening to some users, but now it was my case too. I wouldn't call my usage exactly heavy duty or anything extreme, especially since I was treating them somewhat lightly to allow my feet to adjust. I used them for probably about a half dozen walks in the park, albeit up and down steep dirt paths. I also tried running in them twice for about 3 to 4 miles all total running. I don't know why they fell apart so quickly although my guess is that some gravel bits may have gotten in and then just worked through the toe seems. I'll try another pair and update later. I REALLY hope the next pair hold up better because they feel great. I've never enjoyed running but these made it a completely different experience, like nothing I've felt before while running.

Do what they're intended for.
Having read the reviews of these shoes, I wanted to use them a while before posting. I found that there is definitely a learning curve with these shoes. When I first got them, it would literally take me five minutes to get them on. Now, my toes just seem to wiggle themselves into place. I use them for strength training, and I got a little sore from doing barbell lunges. I think that was because I was engaging muscles that weren't used to being engaged, which is the intent of the shoes. I also got them to use on rough beach on vacation. The grip on these shoes is remarkable, even on slick/wet surfaces. I was worried about the lack of draining when wearing them in water, but the water just squishes out immediately, so it's not a problem. The craftsmanship is excellent and there's no sign of broken stitches. I will say that they do start out a little tight for size, but there is some stretching with use, so this needs to be considered. These shoes have no insulation value! They're perfect for warm-weather or indoors.

Excellent product, but takes a little getting used to
I use these shoes for walking around the house and practicing yoga and love them. You can definitely tell the lightweight flexible construction engages individual toes and associated foot muscles in ways normal shoes can not. My feet are skinny and wide but the flexible material adapts to my foot quite well. I had problems putting these shoes on initially as I was unaccustomed to fitting each toe into its respective "finger". But after reading the instructions that accompanied the shoes and a little practice I'm able to slip they on with little effort. The fit with each toe in a separate finger does take some getting used to.

Crazy shoe 😂
I went true to size and they fit great, although it took some time to break in completely. Definitely not a barefoot shoe for beginners, I prefer to use them on grass and dirt trails instead of concrete. My only complaint is that my feet get sweaty when I use them for more than an hour.

If you order these, order a size larger, ...
If you order these , order a size larger , they fit tight and it's kind of a struggle to get your toes in them , there is snow on the ground here so I haven't worn them much , I don't know if they will stretch a bit with uses , I kind of doubt it . They do seem to be well made and I wear them around to house some , I'll know more when summer gets here

Geweldig

Negli ultimi anni ho approfondito in particolare le tematiche relative all’endurance (corsa, ciclismo, nuoto). Buoni allenamenti “a piedi liberi” a tutti!

Great, and Super Comfy
I love these ! It took a few days to get used to them, not least of which was learning how to put them on, and I still cannot get my feet into them without socks, but with socks my toes now slide in without any difficulty. And Man, Are they comfortable ? I spend my working day wearing heavy workboots, so at the end of the day, and at weekends my feet really do deserve a bit of comfort, and these do the trick indoors and at the gym. I find the soles are a bit thin for outside wear, although I do wear them for short walks to the shops, I couldn't run outdoors in them, so I've ordered a pair of Kmd Evo's for that. One thing you do have to get used to is people cannot resist commenting on the damn things - everyone has an opinion, and they're definitely a bit 'marmite' - I don't care, I love mine

Fit as expected. Good purchase so far.
I bought these to try and improve the function and strength of my feet. I have been pleased so far and my expectations have been exceeded. I owned a pair of vibram bikila 10 years ago so I knew roughly what to expect from the product. I am a size 9/43 and these slip on much easier and without needing to tighten the laces on the upper. So far they have not begun to smell like the other pair as this was always a problem. I have worn them every day for a few hours inside, also outside up the hill, along the high street and in the mud if it's unavoidable. They appear to be as tough and hard wearing as my previous pair. A good investment and they also improve my back pain.
