I recieved the case today. Water tested for 45min at 2 feet. Passed flawlessly. Definitely a lot nicer than expected, sturdier. Careful installation and the fingerprint works 4 out a 5 times which anyone who has this feature knows is unheard of with waterproof cases. It fits so well. The beveled screen is so much better than 6 previous waterproof cases I've tried. Touch screen is like nothing's there at all. All buttons and ports r good. I'm blown away with this case. Wish it would have been my first buy. As long as it holds up. Will update in future, also with underwater pics. As seen in photos the cameras work great. A small update- over a month later of daily use, daily pouring concrete with me I'm still quite amazed with this case. Absolutely waterproof!!! I clean it by hose or spigot minus soap or cleaning products. Kayak, swim, work, any and everything. With the exception of some scratches on clear faces it's in great repair. I bought a second. My thought is for the price and the way I live and treat phones n cases, if i get 3 months of actual waterproof I'm elated. Although i have a suspicion the new one will stay in the box because this bad boy may go the distance!!!

I have no problem with touching my screen through the protective case. It is really resistant to fall and perfectly protected my phone. I love that I can still see the color of the phone. Only thing I’m worried about is the screen seems very flimsy. But my phone was dropped twice, nothing happens to it. It's lightweight yet sturdy. It is just what I was looking for. It exceeded my expectation! Great product! The biggest thing for me is that there is no dust, dirt, lent, or anything else getting all inside of the speakers, Charge Port, etc. That was my problem with other cases, where I work everyday is pretty dusty. I have not dropped it on the ground or in water, hopefully I never do. But it seems very durable and appears to be sealed up pretty nice when I put together. This case is a great choice if you want good protection in all conditions, you can't go wrong with it.

It is waterproof and airtight, Even tho the S10 can last underwater if dropped, I would rather spend the extra for a case like this for at the very least a peace of mind, the case is nice, the seal needs to be pushed firmly all the way around to make sure you get a good seal, you can test it by blowing in the charger port of the case closed by itself if it leaks air its not sealed right check the seal on the phone. When properly closed, it works like its supposed to and should protect your S10 even more. The screen still responds good too, overall a good buy.

Ok. So I like the case size and bulk a lot. Also like the built in screen protector. However, the fingerprint scanner I think sprained my thumb. Was a big pain. Finally got it to work correctly after taking the phone in and out and cleaning again and again. Also word of advice wait to add fingerprints until the case is on. I kept getting make sure you cover the entire sensor and press harder messages. You still will some but less by doing the adds after the case is on.

We had high hopes for this case, but it let us down. Being that they don't have any tempered glass for the S10+ yet, we wanted a full body case to protect the phone. Was excited to receive and install it. Right off the bat, you can't press any of the buttons. I had to basically use both hands to press it. Next, the fingerprint sensor doesn't work, even though there is a spot for the fingerprint. Also, it's supposed to be waterproof? How come it's waterproof but dirt and dust got all under the screen? Little specks of dirt everywhere. Had to return, complete waste of money. I had to apologize to hubby for getting him such a crap case.

This case fits nice and tight. You can see the waterproofing seal as you press the case around the two halves. It is a satisfying feeling to see it come together as one piece. Very easy to install. The only thing I am not sure of is the way the case works with the fingerprint scanner. I have read reviews about the phones in cases and the scanner doesn't function that great. Well, this is not the cases fault more than likely your carrier such as ATT might have pre-installed a screen protector on your new phone. This is my issue as mine has one. However, the case fits very snug and seals really good. All ports have a rubberized flap that you can feel when to push the back in after using the port. The texture helps with the grip, and I have large hands and I drop slick surfaced units easily, but this one is thinner has good gripping on the side that helps me with holding the phone. I am not worried about dropping it as it is fully covered everywhere. Still with the case installed it slides into my back pocket without catching the pocket. Both the front and rear are clear form fitting plastic, so we do not take away from the look of the phone its self. Over all the case is a great purchase as far as I am concerned.

The good - case is durable. The bad - will not read my fingerprint, even after removing the plastic pad, and updating fingerprint 3 times. The ugly - the head phone jack will not insert all the way in due to the case being thick. I had to shave off my a position of my jack to make is work.

I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Bought it for a Florida vacation and used it kayaking and in the gulf. No water or sand in the phone. Also love the strap, almost dropped it a couple times trying to juggle my drink and the phone! I have kept it on even after returning home to keep it projected. The strap saved the phone many times and I like being able to take it in the shower to skip over songs on the bluetooth speaker. I can even read in the bathtub, too! The clear back screen allows me to charge my watch or other phones. Overall, great case, great purchase.
