Duck Fat Cooking Spray

I love this duck fat cooking spray. It imparts such good flavor to roast veggies. And it's a game changer for roast chicken. I turned the whole chicken upside down, sprayed it with the duck fat, then shook some freshly ground black pepper, and a bit of Lawry's season salt - then turned it breast side up, and did the same. The chicken was really delicious! I will definitely be purchasing more of this. We also get our ghee and beef tallow from Amazon, we've been very pleased every time.😊

Love using duck fat for griddling on a flattop griddle. No after taste and unlike some sprays it never leaves utensils with a sticky feel. Great for smashed burgers.

I have primarily used olive oil and avocado oil in my cooking, and recently came across a recipe that recommended this duck fat spray for smoking. So, I decided to try it. My first test was using it on a couple of chickens that I smoked. I first marinated the chickens with a chicken rub and put them in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, I dried the chickens with paper towels, I sprayed on this duck fat spray and sprinkled Montreal chicken seasoning. After smoking the chickens for a couple of hours, I serve half of one of them for dinner. My husband told me repeatedly how good the chicken was. This duck fat spray not only added flavor to the chickens, but it helped to crisp the skin. I also found that duck fat oil is a healthier option as compared to other oils, and can be used for roasting potatoes, steaks, roasted chicken, and so much more. Although I still use olive and avocado oils in my cooking, this duck fat oil has been added to my rotation when I want to crisp foods and add a little more flavor. Personally, I would recommend this duck fat cooking spray. Try it! You may be surprised and happy with the results you get for roasting, searing steaks, and BBQ. This was not worth the money I spent. Much like some of the other reviews I was barely able to use half of the bottle. It either ran out or it just stopped working. It felt like something was in the can shaking but nothing would come out. Very strange but regardless a big waste of money not to mention it’s expensive! Don’t waste your money!

Delicious and healthy. Great flavor with all kinds of meats and vegetables. Wish there was a rabbit fat cooking spray to go with it.

Used this spray fat to crisp up the turkey skin, worked great, only 4 stars because the spray nozzle wasn’t the best.

This spray took about a month to get delivered. So far its very nice to cook with. Havent really tasted any different that regular cooking spray. Dont know if its worrh the money i paid.
