I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service! Through no fault of their own, according to UPS, the package was damaged in shipment. Once I gave them the information they responded, within hours, to advise me direct that they would immediately replace the shipment! I have now received the replaced product in two (2) days! It was easy to assemble, the spay nozzle works great and I expect it will work as described. Thank you 'Wet and Forget'! Good job, well done. Answer to fellow customers email question: I've been using Wet & Forget for two months & the Wet & Forget has not affected my grout or caulking (sealer).

Didn’t work that well

This never came with a sprayer so I can not say it works. Tried multiple times to contact Amazon and wet & forget. Asked for a replacement sprayer. Couldn’t talk to a representative. Amazon said to return it, which I think is a waste of my time of the product. Wet & Forget company was either closed or leave a message. Left a email to WET & FORGET TO send a sprayer.

Our basement flooded and I had to spray all over floors, walls and baseboards. Havent seen one mold spore to date, and that was 3 yrs ago. We then had a pipe leak making the basement wet on one wall, so I ran a fan for weeks after. the mold on the wall is gone and wall dried out. I also use in shower, it gets soap scum off easily, and also works well on toilet stains. Highly recommend. Just make sure you turn off the sprayer nozzle when not in use. Gravity feed drained the entire bottle onto the floor. This stuff works well with pleasant scent.

Life. Saver. This has been excellent. I live in a super old house in an incredibly humid place. This has been a really easy to use solution to clean up the spots of musty smell and funkiness we sometimes get. This has been the only thing that's permanently fixed our incredibly damp bathroom and made it look so much nicer. The only problem is that the seal was kind of weak, and when it got to me, there was some liquid in the plastic bag. It wasn't a lot, but I'm hesitant to store this on its side now. Definitely gonna stick with this product.
