Just as expected.

Substituted without consent!!!
Not happy about the substitution without my consent. I ordered Genuine Phonak Wax Trap2 (as shown in the picture) and received something called Cerustop traps. There was a note in the box from Hearing Aid Battery Club that Phonak now recommends these third-generation wax guards and the older Wax Trap2 are discontinued. There is nothing on the packaging that states Phonak Brand. I don't know how to verify.
