LG Phoenix 4 Smartphone, 4G LTE, Android 7.1 OS, 16GB, Black for AT&T Prepaid

Love this phone. It can do everything I need it to do for a very tiny price. People my age (65) have expensive phones that they don't even know how to use. Spend 100s on goofy plans while I pay $40 a month for better service. This is my 4 phone like this and it has never disappointed me over the years. I play games, use gps, facebook, email, duo, Marco polo... been all over the USA and used this phone. The only thing I found it could not do, maybe I have to get an app, was scan a menu at a restaurant. I recommend to all

I found this phone easy to use. I was able to transfer my information from my old phone without a problem. It connects to any AT&T wifi automatically after sign in and allows me to use the phone as a handheld computer. I mostly use it to listen to audiobooks and to read ebooks but it functions well as a phone and to text. At the price this was a fabulous purchase.

This is not a Net10 phone. It can't be activated or serviced by Net10. I called Net10 to get it activated. The employee that I talked to informed me that they couldn't do it. It was not compatible with Net10 services. The information that I got for this phone was wrong. This phone is useless. I ordered this phone 3 weeks ago. I can't do anything with it. I ordered a case with it too. That case is also useless. This company has offered me technical support to get the phone activated. This technical support is useless. Net10 can NOT activate this phone. I threw away my money.

Waste of $211 from this seller. I purchased this item as a replacement for another pheonix 4 that i broke. i really liked the pheonix 4 enough to buy another. Im hard on things so i bought 2. This item was Sold as being for AT&T, but when the phone started up, i was greeted with "cricket wireless". this is not the same phone. This cricket version is missing a lot of features: no voice to text. Most of the apps are outdated and wont even launch, or update. Not to mention that upon activating, the first thing i recieve is a message from AT&T notifying me that their network is updated and the phone im trying to activate will not function. Heres the message. "Hi, it's AT&T. Our network is being upgraded, and the cell phone you tried to activate will no longer work. We're here to help you stay connected. Call 611 on this device or visit an AT&T store to learn more." I bought 2 of them, both are cricket. That means that the seller is intentionally lying about their OUTDATED, unuseable product to increase its value. Thanks for that.

Bought this as a replacement for my daughter who dropped her first LG Phoenix 4. It was not a problem to transfer everything over, although some contacts did not come over. Other than that, pleased with the product and quick delivery.

I would give a give start but when I paid a little more for this phone then it actually is in Wal-Mart. The sim card that came with the phone I was told was disconnected?? So I could not activate it without a sim card!! Then I wasnt offered a replacement sim card. I went through alot just to get a sim card because the at&t store will not sell them unless you buy a $45.00 prepaid card which i already had bought a $35.00 prepaid card so I finally found a card At the pawn shop. And also the fed ex guy that dilivered my package allowed someone whos name was NOT ON MY PACKAGE open up my package. Then bring me a open package . really upset me .

There is nothing I particularly dislike about this phone. I bought it to replace the Pheonix 3 because the charging port wore out. These phones do everything I require at a good price and lasts a long time. Manufacture should design a way to insert new charging ports when they wear out and they'd be golden, for I would pay much more for a phone with such features...
