Good product but stands slightly unstable while using as a desk lamp

Great product. The two modes—torch and lantern—are very handy. Brightness is good in both modes. The build quality and material feel solid and durable. It’s compact and comfortable to use. Overall, a well-built and practical item.

Lamp is good but torch not working

Thanks Amazon for timely delivery. Thanks Wipro for this rechargeable torch. It has 3 light modes. Front button has 2 modes very bright beam and low beam and side panel has tube like light. There is pin built in to torch to recharge and no wire is given for same. Good for small usage in dark outdoors or inside home or very good for people who read or write, in dark using side panel of this torch. Needs charging 8 to 12 hours. Range is near by not very far. Just bought, not used for long, will update if any problem.

Super product, very efficient product

Charging never worked, and unfortunately it needed first charging post 10 days, hence can't return. Wipro's customer service is pathetic. I reached out to them and they said a replacement was being sent. And then they gave me a number to send the picture of the torch, copy of invoice and delivery address. I sent all of it however there was no response. I called them a couple of times and I was told that someone will call me by next day, however I didn't get any call.
