How often do you have to replace these brushes assuming I use them every day?

I would think pretty often if you are using them every day. The thin brushes tend to bend a lot. It's not just this particular make - its all of them. The thicker the brush the longer it lasts basically. Hope this helps.

Do you only use each brush once? Or do you wash it and re use?

I have found recently that the brushes are much less durable than they were. I used to get at least a week's use from them using them twice a day. Now they seem to break after a few uses - often breaking after a couple of days. I suppose this is so that they sell more. It is a great pity because if used regularly they are excellent for improving dental hygiene and greatly reduce the amount of dental treatment.

To me the colour of the sizes are still the same. I find that the smaller the size the weaker they are.
