Mind your digits. These things a sharp
I've been using these for several months now and I love them. They're extremely sharp and they slide easily through the food (and other incidental things such as fingers). Use with caution. Being ceramic, they're a bit delicate so be gentle. I'd be happy to recommend these knives.

Great for the price
I once had a very nice and rather expensive set of kitchen knives. I love to cook. They disappeared about the time of my divorce?? I needed knives within my budget quickly and discovered these guys. Sharp. Easy to clean. And easily replaceable. I am a repeat customer.

Loses sharpness after few days of usage!
While initially impressed by the knives' lightweight design and ideal size, their performance declined after just 1-2 months of use. Unfortunately, they quickly lost their sharpness, resulting in less-than-perfect cuts on vegetables. Overall, they're satisfactory, but their durability and sturdiness leaves something to be desired.

These knives were a hit with me. My grandson stopped by and commented how nice they looked, so I gave one to him. His family liked it so much that I bought another set and gifted it to them for Christmas. My daughter is enjoying one from my set as well. I am keeping the two remaining ones for myself. They are comfortable to hold and slice with ease, and they clean up so easily. I love them! I hope they last for a long time.

What is this coating, why? Blue plastic is what I was expecting.
I probably shouldn't use these.... They feel sharp, I'm sure they're okay for what they are, but don't coat it with this cheap colored latex, or whatever it is. It has a texture that when you feel it, it says to you, "I bet a nail would scrape this off". Now, where does this coating go, the drain, my skin? Crazy that this isn't just blue plastic.

Not durable but the blade is great!
Plastic broke where the ceramic blade merged with it. Until then the knife cut like a dream. Just not strong enough I guess
