I purchased this mat and I'm so happy I did. It is better than what I expected. It's very comfortable and supportive with the exercises that I do. I'm a big girl and I will not do any floor exercises without this mat!! It supports me in length and width. It's smooth on one side and rigid on the other. I exercise on carpet so I put the rigid side down and use the smooth side. I was worried it would be too thin but it's the opposite; it's nice and thick. I love to just lay on it after working out. I can almost go to sleep on it. This mat is THEE most important piece of equipment I have purchased as I am new to working out. I will certainly purchase this again without any doubts. I love that I can roll it away and attach the carrier strap to it and just put away. It also came with a small knee pad! That's excellent to use if I only need to support my knees without rolling out the entire mat. I am so pleased with this purchase.

This mat is so comfortable to use. It’s definitely NOT like being on a hard surface. I use it at work for stretching and the kneeling pad is so helpful. I am not a regular yoga person and am often dressed in non-yoga clothes. The kneeling pad keeps me completely off the floor and makes getting up/down so much easier. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend for anyone who wants/needs padding. Having said that, it is not so padded as to cause any issues with balance. Super cute colors and so easy to un-roll/roll up right in my office. Strap makes it easy to transport and keep the mat rolled up securely. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality mat with a nice thickness.

I had a knee replacement and had to perform some core strengthening exercises along with exercises for my knee. It was extremely difficult to do any exercises without a mat. I ordered this one and it just what I needed. It is soft and durable at the same time. Easy to roll up and easy to transport with the carrying handles. This mat does not slip on my hardwood floors making me more comfortable to do more strenuous exercises. The grip on the floor is so strong that I am not afraid of falling and sustaining an injury to my knee or any other part of my body. I would recommend that if you have knee replacement surgery that you have a solid chair or stool to help you get up and down. Nothing to do with the mat. The mat is great. This is just to help ensure you don't sustain a fall. Overall, I give this mat five stars. It also has a separate pad that came with the mat just for your knees. It is the same width of the matt and about 12 inches wide. This has been extremely helpful for me after my knee replacement surgery. You can't go wrong purchasing this matt. It is well worth the money and very durable.

This mat IS 1/2" thick, but it is a "soft" thick not a semi-soft kind of soft. There is a lot of "give" to this mat. This mat is slightly longer and narrower than other mats I have, so if exact dimensions are a deal-breaker, take note. Also, when you roll it up and use the carrying strap (which is a velcro closure on the ends for an easy, snug fit, NOT a stretch, slip on), you WILL have indentation marks, but fortunately, they disappear fairly quickly. It helps to roll it up with a thin yoga blanket on the outside if you have one. Using this mat on solid flooring, it stays put; on carpet, it shifts a bit. Included is a knee pad which is very useful if you need some extra help and/or cushioning. There is no chemical odor that I noticed for those of you who are asthmatic or allergic to strong smells. This is a nice exercise mat. Thick, squishy and a little wider than my previous mat. The extra pad that is included is a nice extra. I'm still not entirely certain what I'll use it for, but it would probably work as a kneeling pad while working around the house. The carry strap for the main mat work as intended. It's about the minimum needed for such a strap, but it's functional. I do like that the straps that wrap around the mat have long pieces of velcro. This allows the mat to be rolled either tighter and more loosely. It's nice to have that flexibility. Personally I like the bright, almost neon, green color. I find it bright and cheery. It would stand out if it was being stored somewhere where it was visible, like under a couch or in a corner of a room. While I haven't used the mat extensively, I assume the durability will be similar to previous mats and with a bit of care will likely stand up well to regular use for its intended purposes. This mat was purchases via Amazon Warehouse. It was a return and was not in it's original packaging. It did not have any bad smell or other out gassing issues. But that might not be the case with an original purchase. Overall, this is a nice mat at an affordable price and I am very happy with my purchase.

This is the second one of these I have purchased and I've been so delighted with it. It is thick, well made, and I like the extra mat because it works well for my knees. The color is just right as well. It is slip resistant and has a good grip too. Also it doesn't come with a horrendous smell which is wonderful so it doesn't have to be aired out! It does have some markings from where it's tightly wound up with the carrying strap. I highly recommend this product!

After using a cheaper exercise mat at the start of lockdown, I decided to upgrade to a better one. This mat did not disappoint. I was looking for something with a bit of bounce, since my knees were getting a pounding from performing lunges on a thin exercise mat. It hasn’t shredded (like cheaper mats do) and It also provides enough traction for yoga poses. I have a wooden floor and this mat stays put through all my exercises. All in all, a good all round mat.

Estuve pensando muy bien en cual elegir entre todos los que te ofrece Amazon, y me decidí por este, esta bastante grueso, no se siente el suelo y en mi caso si trae el tapete aparte para las rodillas y el aditamento para transportarlo, la verdad una excelente calidad, si llega al 1.2 cm (o 1/2 pulgada) de grueso por lo que es bastante cómodo, lo utilizo yo y mi hijo para jugar, le gusto bastante la comodidad que tiene

Tappeto per fare yoga stupendo, super spesso, non ti fai male quando esegui esercizi sulle ginocchia, ha anche un piccolo tappetino in più. Comprende una tracolla per portarlo comodamente (che purtroppo segna un po' il tappetino, ma nulla di troppo drammatico). Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Ha uno spessore che si avverte alla schiena. É davvero comodo. Utilizzato per un campo scout con sopra il sacco a pelo si è mostrato davvero indicato.
