These were incredibly useful after having my baby, and I’m so glad I had them on hand during postpartum recovery. This set came in handy right away and made that early recovery period feel much more manageable and comfortable. The liners are generously sized, easy to use, and felt very soothing when applied. I appreciated how convenient they were—no prep needed, just open and use—which is exactly what you want when you’re exhausted and healing. I am very pleased with these. They were so long and the perfect fit for recovering post partum! I used this along with the cooling pads and it was a lifesaver. They soothe and leave you feeling refreshed.

Hated the tucks cooling pads and the hospital version I got — they would dry out and crinkle up. At best, it’d be a mild nuisance that would follow out immediately when changing my padsicle and, at worst, it’d cause pain and irritation because it felt like crinkled tissue paper down there. These cooling pads are great! They’re not perfect— they do move around and shrivel a bit but they are thick and durable. They absorb blood and have a nice cooling effect that lasts longer than Tuck’s or the generic brand did. I find it best to combine it with the Frida Mom ice packs! They work well together!

By far my favorite postpartum supply that I have reccomend to all new moms. The benefits and relief of a padsicle but without the mess. Very calming and they worked great!

I got this after I used the circular pads they give you from the hospital where you have to use 2-3. This one fits the entire length and you only need one. If you have vaginal birth it’s a life saver, texture is good and it instantly cools me down. Also I don’t need to switch pads as much since it absorbs a lot of the discharge. I must have gone through 5-6 bags in the weeks following post partum.

A nice “treat yourself” item. They are a great length & smell nice. They also have a really night numbing sensation to them. I do think Tucks are just as effective for way less money, but I’d buy one pack of these for next pregnancy for that first week as a nice treat for myself lol. I would just use Tucks after that.

Much easier to use! Ditch the tucks and use these instead. They relieve more pain. And it’s so convenient that it’s all one piece. I don’t have to search for missing pieces like I had to with the tucks

These were probably one of my favorites for postpartum. It’s hard because every person is different when it comes to how they like to help their “area,” but for me, these were my go to. I did prefer these over the tucks pad- I felt they had better and longer lasting cooling sensation than tucks, and the fact they are long strips rather than tiny circles was a pro too
