How I make sure my son gets all his vitamins.
Taste is absolutely great, just like chocolate milk, with an extensive amount of necessary nutrients. I have researched many, and this has the most. It is my go to, to make sure I hit my health goals. There is about as much sugar as a glass of chocolate milk though. Not for a diabetic. I buy these for my teenage son to get his vitamins. Does not taste like a protein shake.

My son said it didnt taste the same as last time we ordered it. He said it was weird tasting. Idk if you changed the formula or what. But if so you shouldn’t have. He liked it when we got it the time before.
