Love the look and price of this table. Perfect for a small apartment. Please be aware though that I found this table can scratch easily, so I would say you definitely need placemats and coasters, and it's probably not the most kid friendly because of that. I lightly scratched the clear protective finish the first time I used it (pictured) by just scooting my standard crate & barrel porcelain plates on it. I'm used to IKEA kind of furniture, so I assumed it was ok until I saw the very light surface level scratches. I called SK customer service to see if there was a way to fix, they offered a partial refund for the inconvenience since there isn't really a way to fix it. Fortunately it's really not too noticeable, you only see the scratches from certain angles and my placemats now cover the marks. Wish I had known to be extra careful before I put dishes on it, so hoping this will be helpful for someone else!

We only used it for a year and there's already tons of scratches! Would not recommend.

This dining set is perfect for small spaces. It was super easy to assemble by myself and looks so nice! It is very light so I’m a bit concerned about the sturdiness and durability over time but I think it’s great for light use

This table looks great but we found how poorly it was made when we tried to assemble it. The seat backing holes are not the same size as the screws and they don’t line up with the chair legs. And the padding to the chair had no holes so we had make them. The screw holes sizes were all over the place, the wood plugs were kinda rotted. I mean, I guess that’s what you get with the price but was still a bit ridiculous

Nice looking set for my small studio. Was hard to ensemble because I did not received all the pieces. I contact Amazon and the seller took care of that

We ordered this table/chair set early May expecting delivery in June. However, due to the pandemic interrupting just about everything, deliver was delayed until end of July. Came in 2 boxes, 1 was huge. Assembly instructions were pretty bad but, we were able to muddle through. Gave us a lot of extra screws, bolts, washers that weren't even pictured on the instructions. My only negative comment is with the seat cushion color. The photo on Amazon makes them look a light color - cream perhaps? They are blue....not cream, not gray but blue. Contacted seller who disagreed with me however, were very nice and offered me a small refund which will go toward reupholstering seats. Seller very easy to deal with, and good at responding quickly. It was a slow process but, if not in a hurry and need small table with blue chairs, this is a good fit for you!
