Had a major tear after giving birth, and this healing foam got me through the pain and misery for the first few weeks of healing. I'd pump a few pumps onto my pad every time I'd change it, and it brought me immediate relief. It felt cool and clean, didn't leave reside, and helped with smell and preventing infection.
