Which folding board is made in America?

Sorry... My folding board doesn't indicate where it was made...

Is this product for larger adult t-shirt sizes?

I would not buy this product. It did not work at folding t-shirts. I made my own out of cardboard from Amazon boxes. Don’t waste your money. Look on YouTube for directions. So simple to make and actually works.
