Bought this on the strength of the reviews here and elsewhere, hoping that at last I had found an eyeliner that would not budge with my watery eyes. Unfortunately not. The 'flicks' lasted about an hour, if that! The search continues.

I've tried at least 30 different eyeliners (despite many recommendations and buying from the cheapest to most expensive and none really performed) and this is the first with no transfer or budging and I'm so pleased. (thanks jennytwong on You Tube)

Easy to use

I have been looking for good eyeliners for monolids and this is a great one. A very black ink the only cons are that the initial application van be a bit sticky until completely dry and the ink can be a bit liquidity for some. It doesn't go anywhere and stays in place but using gel eyeliners and going liquid, it took me a little while to get used to.

I used to wear eyeliner and this used to be my go-to eyeliner. Now I wear it on occasion and I've forgotten how easy it is to apply and how long it stays on. Most other liquid eyeliners either rub off or smudge a lot by the end of the day, but Clio's kill black lasts a bit longer. It makes a difference when you're wearing it daily.
