The product came in a very good packaging. The product inside is genuine and 100% good quality. I used it to print and it is amazing. I ordered 3 quantities. Everything worked well. Very happy and satisfied with the product. Ink absorption is good. Paper size is perfectly A4. And paper is thicker than green colour packet. Didn't count but should be exact quantity of pages. Value for money.

It’s not sealed, the complete package of that red sheet will be open and tored , we are ordering the complete bundle.. but it is open . Why? Are you using only the red sheet of cover and keeping low quality papers? Replaced twice still the same so returned

The product is okay, but there's a problem that should be fixed.
Received the correct quantity, and the paper quality is good. However, the ream was shipped in a thin paper mailer. The factory wrapper was torn, and many sheets had bent corners. The paper is still usable, but the packaging for such a heavy item needs improvement.
