Great question! While custom engraving/etching isn't something we offer yet, it is something we're working on and should be offering very soon. In the meantime, you can always find a place locally that can engrave/etch one of our sets at a reasonable price. For example, we hear great things about Things Remembered, which is a national chain capable of customizing our products. You can find them in most malls across America.

I hope you give one of our sets a shot. They're truly beautiful and make fantastic gifts!

Can i change the folk title on the box and coasters for something else? if so please leave you email information. thanks

Unfortunately, all boxes and coasters come stamped with our logo. Though, you could always sand them down and have them customized locally. If all goes well, we plan on offering customization later this year.

Just purchased! May be a silly question but how big are the cubes and the weight of them? When you drink do they slide down the glass?

Thank you for giving us a shot! You're going to love the set. Our small cube chillers are 1.1" and heavy enough to rest comfortably at the bottom of your glass. They're made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, filled with a patented cooling gel, and perfectly safe. Oh, and they're built to last a lifetime!

Where are the decanter and glasses made; country of origin?

Our sets are designed in America, but to stay competitive in the industry, they're assembled in China. However, thanks to support from our American customers, we'll be moving our entire operation to America soon! I hope you give one of our sets a try. It will help us set up base here in the States!
