Every other Leatherman case I’ve owned had either been made of leather or fabric. They all have ripped or tore at some point. I even lost a six month old Leatherman because of this once. The Kydex sheath is built, super sturdy and stays where you put it on your belt. I’m pretty sure this last much longer than my previous Leatherman holders. It’s also nice having having the piece of mind that my Leatherman isn’t going to fall out when I’m in a weird positions at work.

I am very impressed by this holder. And I am very pleased with its performance. The shell is perfectly formed to fit the contours of the Leatherman 4. This includes bump put for the clip on the Leatherman. It has two holding positions. The first holds the Leatherman about 90% into the holder. That is useful for quick extraction The second fully snugs the Leatherman. /that makes it very, very snug. I love the "open carry" of the holder for two reasons: It makes the Leatheman very accessible for quick extraction and there is no need to fumble with snaps or contending with Velcro that fails over time. Highly recommend!

Holds my Leatherman right where I need it. Just make sure to tighten the screws on the side to keep them from falling out.

Works great has a great hold, just wish it didnt clip onto the belt, or that and loop was installed, i find sometimes it pulls the case off my hip with the knife

I've done an insane amount of research into multitools -- enough to suffer from "analysis paralysis." So I finally bought the P4 (after my Skeletool became basically inoperable). I loved it...but I discovered Leatherman's biggest flaw -- their belt clips that are attached to their multitools SUCK. They aren't long enough to go over most belts, and they aren't thick enough to go over a thick belt that's made for, say, Every Day Carry or concealed carry. So it was only a matter of time before my Leatherman's belt clip was going to be permanently bent outward because I had to cram it over my EDC belt. So I bought the Kydex Sheeth and wear it inside the waistband, just like my holster, and it fits perfectly. The Leatherman "clicks" into place and is sturdy and it the clip for the sheath fits nicely over my EDC belt, which is thick leather. Everyone who owns a Leatherman should own one of these!

I own a few of these holders and think they are pretty good. On the larger length tool like the Leatherman Free P4 I found that even with the belt clip at the lowest point the multi tool sits high and can dig into your side if you are active. This could have been avoided if they designed it to be a bit deeper for the larger tool. The one I own for Leatherman Sidekick is the same size as the one for the larger Free P4. Therefore the larger tool sits up further as more sticks out of holder. This makes it less comfortable to wear.

I’m really happy with this purchase, it’s well made and it holds the P4 secure and comfortably. I am not worried about the P4 coming out, in any case you can adjust the tension on the hold and you can also adjust the angle in how it seats in your belt, making it more comfortable to wear and to pull out. I will be ordering another one for my ARC.

I was really impressed when I received my new sheath! This is a high quality product that is sturdy and provides protection for my Leatherman. My tool fits into the sheath nicely. Only thing I have a slight issue is I think the locking feature could be a little more snug but it doesn't fall out. This snugness issue in my opinion is just a matter of personal preference and not a real result of poor craftsmanship. I would buy this item again and recommend it to others!

Das Produkt ist perfekt, sehr empfehlenswert, ausgezeichnete Qualität. Die Lieferung (auch aufgrund der Schuld von Amazon) war Mist. Zunächst einmal schickte Amazon mir eine generische Tracking-Nummer, die mir sagte, es war der DPD-Kurier, die ich 5/6 mal ohne Erfolg versucht. Ich bekam immer wieder E-Mails von diesem Kurier, die mir mitteilten, dass die Lieferung nicht stattfand, weil niemand zu Hause war. Schade, dass wir ein GartenCenter mit einer Warenannahme sind, die von 7 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ist. Der Kurier entpuppte sich als Hermes, der immer wieder lügt, dass er vorbeigekommen sei und niemanden gefunden hätte. Am Ende musste ich um eine Lieferung an eine Paketzentrale bitten und es selbst abholen, bevor es an den Absender zurückgeschickt wurde. Vielleicht besser, DHL zu verwenden...

Fantastic product, couldn't have asked for any better, sheath has a great grip on the P4, 2 handed removal at first but the tension can be adjusted as well as the clip

This sheath makes deploying and holstering crazy quick. It does stick out a bit more than regular sheaths, which is a problem if you drive a sports car with bolstered seats like I do. I can drive with it, but pretty much every time I get in my car I have to slide it backwards on my belt. That doesn't deter me from wearing this every day though.
