I've purchased these several times. They come in a really sturdy foil pack with an easy to close but strong resealable pouch. The vitamins are a small size, easy to swallow. Also a smooth outer gel coating so they don't stick in your throat. There's no aftertaste to these. I've definitely noticed increased skin and nail growth. The package is a simple, easy design. This is my second purchase of this item. My physician suggested it would be good for my health as a prior cancer patient. Unfortunately my mobility is limited for outdoors.The pills are very small & round with a liquid center & easy to swallow. For those of us who take (too many) meds, this tiny pill is welcomed.I highly recommend this brand.

A friend of mine gave me a few weeks’ worth of these to try because she knew I needed to take Vitamin D, and I ended up liking them so much that I bought my own bottle. The softgels are small, smooth, and very easy to swallow compared to other brands I’ve tried. I also love that they combine both D3 and K2, since they work best together for bone and heart health, so I don’t have to buy two separate supplements.Another thing I appreciate is that these softgels are made with sunflower seed oil. Since Vitamin D is fat-soluble, the oil helps with absorption. I prefer to take my vitamins in the morning, but I don’t always eat breakfast until early afternoon. It’s nice knowing I can take this first thing in the morning without worrying about whether I’ve had food yet.The bottle comes with 300 softgels, which is a generous supply and makes it a great value for the price. There’s no strong aftertaste, and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset when taking them.If I had to mention a downside, it’s that the label print is a little small. I wish the dosage instructions stood out more clearly. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement that I plan to keep in my daily routine.

Really good vitamins !

I took these vitamins together with my children. We had blood tests done before starting. After three months of use, our levels dropped instead of improving. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I seriously question the quality of this product and suspect it may be a counterfeit.

Great supplement, always repeat

The zipper bagged's zip got removed after a week. Use a good quality packaging at least since it has tablets for almost a year.
