I have only had this a short while but it has worked as indicated. It is very comfortable and with the different ear pieces you can get the fit that is right for you. Used on a walk the first day I got it on a busy road and had no problems with hearing the broadcast I was listening to.

Works great. I need this to call my family while i am commuting to work. Battery lasts all day. Great headset.

I work from home and needed a hands free device. This works great for what I need. I have small ears and have a hard time finding these type of things to fit my ears. This comes with several different size ear pieces. The smallest one works and it has the piece that goes around the ear to help hold it in place. I hear perfectly when using it. I have sensitive ears and loud noises bother me and some times I get "buzzing" in my ears with different sounds. But, I haven't had that issue with this earpiece. As far as "noise cancellation", my husband does tell me that my tv is too loud some times when I'm talking to him, so I always mute the tv when I'm talking on it just incase others can hear it. So, not sure the "noise cancellation" is that great with this. Battery life could be better. But, for the price, this is a pretty good device.

After using this headset for the past few days I can say that I really tried to like it. Unfortunately it just does not fit larger ears well. I was able to turn the ear hook away from my ear and switch to another ear tip to get decent sound from it. The fit was not going to work for me. Overall it is well constructed and packed in a great hard case. It includes a good selection of ear tip replacements. Charging was a breeze and pairing went without much effort. I would definitely recommend this Bluetooth earpiece for the sound but be aware that it might not fit all ears.

The battery last a really long time. With my work i am constantly on the phone all day and the battery has only died on me one time but i was using it for 14hrs.

This is the fourth G3 for me. I leave two at the office. My third one was purchased in October 2021 and just like this one, changed features. The earpiece is now anglef and uncomfortable. I bought this specific item because the photos showed a straight ear speaker, not an angled one. The charger is USB-C. The photo looks like a micro USB. I specifically bought this item because I was avoiding USB-C, as to not require another charger wire. This is suppossed to be a G3 v4.2 - I wish I could find the older versions with a straight ear speaker and micro-USB. Maybe if the descriptions were accurate.

No weird noise issues and the added surprise plus for an iPhone user - the phone will ring out loud when it is connected to the device. What that means is if you take off the earpiece and you get a call, both the earpiece and the phone ring.

Just like the other 1-2 stars. I've been wearing Bluetooth for years. The ear loop on this one really hurts the ear. Instead of the battery and electronics inside the ear loop itself, are located on the mic boom and front, which makes it hang down on this one. Which makes all the weight of it hang next to your cheek and pull down on your ear. Didn't make 1 week and I'm retiring it.
