I have used this for years and it takes the guesswork out of your pastry prep.

For all experienced bakers and pastry chefs , i doubt this would be of much use. However for those of us less gifted at determining the the thickness of our pie/flan bases and crusts, this works just fine . The addition of spacers of varying thickness that can be added on to the end of the rolling pin means that even the clumsiest of us can get the depth just right.Just need someone to invent the automatic rolling pin

I love this Rolling Pin! Bought a lot of new kitchen stuff as we recently got a new kitchen - makes sense! I bought this just because I thought it looked good. I've since realised it's a great bit of kit - the coloured ends screw off and on and each have measurements on them ensuring I can roll out pastry, etc, to the perfect thickness - or thinness. Absolutely great for the money - a brilliant bargain. It arrived quickly and was sensibly packaged too. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you.

No sé porqué no lo compré antes! Me encanta!! Es súper práctico, grande, fácil de limpiar y tiene los aros del grosor perfecto para hacer galletas, masas para tarta, etc.

I was worried about the disks being flimsy, or them not being secure because some reported that the end nuts did not tighten down properly. Those issues must have been addressed, because mine locks down tight, even with just one disk, and the disks themselves are pretty robust. I really like how I can get an exact thickness to my dough when using this rolling pin. It is also nice and wide, has a good heft to it. Nothing to complain about from my end.
